TIDAL

Tidal is a global, subscription-based music, video, and podcast streaming service that combines lossless audio and high definition music videos with exclusive content and special features on music. Unfortunately, there is no free subscription; however, Tidal offers a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. 

Tidal is currently accessible on desktop, though the lossless streaming feature is only available for Chrome, as well as iOS and Android apps in limited countries.

How to make a playlist:

iOS DEVICES:

  1. Open Tidal application.
  2. Search for the desired song or album and select.
  3. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the track.
  4. Select “Add to Playlist.”
  5. Click on “Create New Playlist.”
  6. Name the playlist.
  7. Finish by tapping “Create Playlist.”
  8. To add duplicates, repeat steps 2 – 4.
  9. Click “Add Anyway” when prompted.
  10. Click three dots on the top right corner, and select “Enter Edit Mode.”
  11. Drag songs into place by holding the three lines on the right side of the song.

ANDROID DEVICES:

  1. Open the Tidal app.
  2. Go to “My Collection.”
  3. Click on “Playlists.”
  4. Select “+ Create New Playlists.”
  5. Name the playlist.
  6. Search for the song then hold down on track, and click “Add to Playlist.”
  7. Select the correct playlist.
  8. To add the same song again, repeat steps 6 and 7.
  9. Select “Add Anyway” when prompted.
  10. Click three dots on the top right corner, and select “Enter Edit Mode.”
  11. Drag songs into place by holding the three lines on the right side of the song.

DESKTOP: 

  1. Open Tidal.
  2. Go to “My Playlist” on the left column.
  3. Click “Create New Playlist.”
  4. Name the playlist.
  5. Search for the desired song or album in the search bar.
  6. Click the “+” button, and add to the created playlist.
  7. To add duplicates repeat steps 5 and 6.
  8. Click “Add Anyway” when prompted.
  9. Edit playlist and drag songs into place.
